A Letter From the Founder
Healthcare has shaped my life for more than twenty years.
I became a Registered Nurse in 2002 after caring for my grandmother during her journey with ovarian cancer. Watching the compassion and humanity of those who cared for her inspired me to dedicate my life to caring for others.
Since becoming an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in 2013, I've practiced in cardiac surgery, neurosurgery, and wound care. Every role reinforced my respect for conventional medicine — while showing me the real power of prevention, education, and helping people take an active role in their health before disease progresses.
Outside of medicine, my greatest purpose is my family. I'm the proud mother of five children. Raising kids with unique educational and developmental needs has strengthened my patience, compassion, resilience, and determination — shaping both the mother I strive to be and the provider I've become.
Chrysalis was born from a desire to practice medicine differently — with the freedom to listen more than rush, educate instead of simply treat, and build lasting partnerships with the people I work with. I'm continuing my training in functional medicine, longevity medicine, hormone optimization, and sexual wellness, with a special focus on how these areas shape confidence, intimacy, and healthy longevity.
The name Chrysalis represents transformation. I believe every person has the potential to transform their health when they're truly heard, understood, and empowered with the right knowledge and support.
